Immediate Download Information

The Immediate Download option allows you to receive the booklet(s) you purchased immediately after ordering. The steps in the process are as follows:

Complete the on-line credit card purchase transaction.
When the purchase has been approved, you will be shown a purchase confirmation page. You will also receive a purchase confirmation e-mail. Both the purchase confirmation page and the confirmation e-mail will contain a link to your booklet.
Click on the link or type it into your web browser.
Specify the download location and press enter.
The booklet can be viewed and/or printed with a program named 'Adobe Acrobat Reader' (file extension is .pdf). Many computers already have Adobe Acrobat Reader, but if your computer does not have the program, you will need to download and install it. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is free, and can be downloaded by clicking on the 'Get Acrobat' graphic below.
To print the booklet with the Adobe Acrobat Reader, use the File>Print command (not the shortcut on the toolbar) and make sure the ‘Fit to page’, ‘Shrink’, or ‘Expand’ options are NOT selected. This ensures that the figures are printed to scale.

AFTER 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE YOUR BOOKLET ORDER WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING. Please download your booklets within that timeframe. If you are unable to do so, please contact us and we will make arrangements for you to receive your order.
